Appointment Reminders and Cancellations

Thank you for booking with me. As a courtesy, when you reserve an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and text message when your appointment has been confirmed. It is your responsibility to remember your commitment. 

Last minute cancellations can happen but I ask that any cancellations be made within 48 hours so appointments can be filled. Another text message appointment will be automatically sent 24 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, I will require a $25 fee for each service missed before reserving future appointments. If an appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less, 50% of the services will be charged, and no-shows will be charged 100% of services booked. 

In order to serve all clients with the appropriate amount of time, if for any reason you are more than 15 minutes late, service will not be guaranteed and you will be asked to reschedule. 

Deposits must be made for high-ticket services over $250 with cash or check only. 50% deposits.

Children in the Salon

In order to serve all our clients in a relaxing environment, we ask that children only be in salon if they are also receiving a service.

Service Guarentee

If you receive a service you are unsatisfied with for any reason, please contact me within 3 business days and must be redone within 7 days. I want you to love your hair and if what was originally discussed in the consultation did not happen, I want the chance to correct it. This does not apply to color corrections or the level of lightness or darkness as these variables are never guaranteed in one appointment. There are no refunds since time and resources have been used in the appointment that cannot be recovered.

Gift Cards

There are no refunds on gift cards, they never expire, and they can be used towards services, and/or products.
